I just wanted to thank you for helping me out so much. For years I've been dealing with allergies and sinus problems and have been going for shots for some relief. Since I started coming to you, I have stopped going for shots and have had a complete turnaround. Not only did they inject the allergy into my system, on occasion the shot would irritate and make my arm very sore for days. On occasion I have some back problems and as soon as I come - I find relief. I wanted to thank you again for all your help."

I am very happy that I participated in the detox program. I was a bit worried at first when we chatted on it. I wasn't sure of the time length and how well I would do. I was excited to try something different and especially that it is healthy for my body. I am very proud to say I enjoyed the program and I learned a great deal from the detox program. I am keeping the weight off and I eat healthy. I also feel much better and trust me I am afriad of sugar products these days. In the past I lost weight but always put it back on and that isn't good either. Today the pounds are off and I know working out is very important too for my body. The detox program is sooo good for the soul and boy I would recommend to anyone in a second. We all have stress in our lives and eating right does help a great deal. I also thank you for all your support and care when I was on the detox. You were a great coach and I truly am grateful on your teachings and answers."

 

Down 30+ lbs. thanks to IDEAL PROTEIN program at Porzio Chiropractic Center and special thanks to my coach, Patti. More than just about weight loss, the phased program is a good mix of education, coaching and the tools for a healthier life. Phase 1 got me to my goal weight of 170 (down from 204 in about 12 weeks, with a 8% loss in body fat and a decrease in my BMI of 4.5 points). Now I'm moving into the maintenance phase.
